Terminated Employee

When an employee is terminated or moves to another unit, their access is not revoked automatically. Units are responsible for requesting that access be removed in a timely fashion.

Submit a ticket that includes the following information:

  • Employee Name
  • UIN
  • Netid
  • Date of Termination

University e-mail access is normally revoked a number of months after termination. If a disciplinary issue requires that it be revoked immediately, please include that information.
